Easter Carrot Counting Competition – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
- The competition is open to all ages.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Employees of Kair Design & Print and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
- Participants must count the number of carrots displayed in our shop window.
- Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form by scanning the QR code provided or visiting our website.
- Each participant must provide their name, contact details, and guess for their entry to be valid.
Competition Period:
- The competition starts on 01/04/2025 and closes on 13/04/2025 at 12pm NZT.
- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Winner Selection & Prize:
- The winner will be the participant who correctly guesses the number of carrots.
- If multiple correct guesses are received, a random draw will be conducted to determine the winner.
- The winner will be announced on 13/04/2025 via Kair Design & Print Website/Social Media.
- The prize is an Easter T-Shirt and Easter treats. and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Notification & Prize Collection:
- The winner will be contacted via the details provided in their entry.
- If the winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner will be selected.
- The prize must be collected from 41 Main Street, Foxton, NZ, unless otherwise arranged.
Privacy & Data Protection:
- Personal details provided will only be used for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- By entering, participants agree to allow their name to be announced if they win.
General Conditions:
- Kair Design& Print reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
- Any fraudulent or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
