Online Returns

 

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit.

 

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a completed returns form, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.

  • You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund or credit according to the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.

  • If no notice to is given within 30 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.

  • It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. 

 

  • Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

  • If you have received faulty or incorrectly supplied items please contact print@kairdesignandprint.com and we will arrange a return at our cost.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.
Return drop off's are welcome to our print room at the address above.
