Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 10 working days.
Once ready, orders shipped to the North Island will be delivered within 1-2 days
Within 3-4 days to the South Island, as we are based in rural New Zealand.
During sale periods, please allow for slight delays due to high order volumes.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a completed returns form - for full terms and conditions see our returns page.
